Since our fashion products are handmade and tailor-crafted, shipping times may vary based on your location and the supplier’s fulfilment centre.

Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Unexpected delays due to customs clearance, shipping carrier issues or peak holiday seasons may affect delivery times.


Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200.

For orders below the above threshold, standard shipping is $30.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Inner Moon is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country.

These charges (if applicable) are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, a refund will not be provided.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, building management or your local post office.

Inner Moon is not responsible for carrier-related delays but will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping issues.


Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Inner Moon is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address input.
